Through a STO (Security Token Offering) we offer investors the opportunity to invest in our venture capital company & franchise consulting.
Angelpreneur AG raises development funds through an innovative Security Token Offering (STO). By purchasing tokens / securities, investors are entitled to receive lucrative returns and bonuses through Angepreneur AG.
This fundraising method grants investors the opportunity to purchase AngelTokens (AGT) at a price of €1 each through Stokr.io. There will be 5,000,000 tokens available for sale.
Once a turnover of at least €650,000 per year has been reached, 25% of the total turnover will be distributed to the token holders every 6 months until the complete investment sum plus returns (see investment offer) have been paid out .
